Services and availability

Quarter Notes @ PlumHouse offers the studio packages, coaching and equipment rentals listed on this website. Availability must be confirmed. Using the calculator, viewing a price or visiting the site does not create a booking.

Prices and deposits

Prices are listed in USD. Equipment rentals have a one-hour minimum. XDJ-AZ Gold is $100 per hour; two CDJ-3000 players with a DJM-A9 mixer are $125 per hour. The planned booking deposit is 50% of the selected package price. The remaining balance, its due date, applicable taxes and any additional agreed charges must be disclosed before checkout.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

These rules have not been finalized. No cancellation deadline, refund entitlement or non-refundable deposit rule is specified here. The applicable terms will be presented for review before paid bookings open.

Equipment and studio use

Use the studio and equipment responsibly and follow staff instructions. Confirm pickup, return, delivery and setup arrangements before a rental. Any equipment-care or damage terms must be provided before you agree to a rental.

Your music and files

Bring music and materials you are entitled to use. Keep your own backup of project files. Recording, distribution and public performance may require permissions from the relevant rights holders. No permission to publish your recordings is granted by booking studio time.
